Will Pavey

CREATIVE DIRECTION I 3D DESIGN AND MOTION GRAPHICS I CAMPAIGN AND CONTENT STRATEGY I BRANDING DESIGN

Will has spent the last 17 years working in the creative industries, either as a creative strategist or an art director, in Sydney and London’s design and advertising agencies.  He started his career in marketing and design after graduating from Kingston University London in 2008 with a Bachelor of arts in product and furniture design. His first major creative role saw him manage the creative and marketing in-house department for a London based NGO.

Since then, William has developed his role as a creative digital director and designer, most recently heading up the creative studio (with a team of 25+) at Australia’s largest out-of-home media agency – oOh! Media. Here he developed creative, cross-platform campaign strategies that came to life in the form of digital motion graphic content and 3D installations. These campaigns lived across digital screens on the streets, roads and airports of Australia’s largest cities as well as integrating with web and social platforms.

Most recently William has decided to take a more fluid approach to his working life and offers design direction, brand consultancy and design services in a freelance capacity. Back in the UK, Will is incredibly excited to have joined the Perspective team last year and has loved the opportunity to work with clients of all types and sizes to help grow their business through beautiful digital creative and innovative marketing strategies.

When he’s not working, he’s surfing, camping and exploring the world.

Sheriden Booth

BRANDING I WEB DEVELOPMENT I DIGITAL MARKETING I STRATEGY I SOCIAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Sheriden, the Director of Perspective, has been a creative soul from a young age pursuing passions for painting and design through childhood. She started her marketing career in the international exhibition industry, overseeing in-house marketing and brand development as well as the development of artwork and 3D design installations for blue chip clients exhibiting around the world.

From here Sheriden further explored her passion for marketing and design through offering her services as a consultant and contractor for a number of businesses; big and small. Her roles included developing marketing strategies, designing cross-platform marketing material, building websites and apps, producing social content, developing brands and logos (among plenty of other projects and responsibilities). She continued these roles all while up-skilling through attending hours of accredited digital marketing and design focused courses in London.

Sheriden feels hugely rewarded to be a part of the success story of so many businesses and shares the joy from every year of growth experienced by a business she has been involved with and on smaller scale, simply loves seeing those social interactions and website conversions! As the marketing and design landscape has evolved, Sheriden continues to adapt –growing her digital skillset, exploring new planning and campaign management software, new web platforms, social trends and sharing knowledge with her creative and client network along the way.

When Sheriden is not working (which isn’t often) she is being a mum to 3 children, riding her bike and enjoying a glass of Shiraz.

BLOGS I NEWSLETTERS I SOCIAL CONTENT I ARTICLES I REVIEWS

Nicci started out in journalism at university, writing reviews for X-Campus magazine, and the Cambridge Evening News. She then WWOOFed her way around Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the US for a year, moonlighting in yoga ashrams, rebirthing centres, biodynamic farms and private homes. She worked in programming at Foxtel and wrote for budget travel magazines in Sydney and Perth.

Back in the UK, Nicci won a scholarship to study magazine journalism so moved to Peterborough and freelanced for lifestyle mags at the BBC, Emap, Bauer, IPC Media, & News International. She also worked in comms for advertising & PR agencies for the next few years, and did an 18-month stint in a corporate fraud agency – and yes, apparently they really do rifle through bin bags!

Nicci is a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University (BA Hons English) and has a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism. Mostly, though, she’s learnt from the school of life: on the job, via mentors, and via short courses, podcasts, and books. Forever a lifelong learner!
